Morris Cooper invests in Real Estate projects of all types in both Canada and the United States. We aim to find distressed properties in good neighbourhoods where an improved product will sell quickly, then create a Design and Job Scope that will produce an extremely attractive product in a short timeline, relatively inexpensively. This comes in the form of renovation projects, colloquially known as 'Flips', or in the form of complete tear-down and rebuild.
We partner with local Real Estate Agents who are tasked with finding properties that have an excellent Purchase Price to After Renovation/Rebuild Value ratio (PP:ARV). Once a property has been acquired, our Design Team uses their decades of experience to create a Design and Floor Plan that 'flows' while using as much of the layout as possible. Our Project Managers then draft a project timeline that leaves nothing to chance and not a minute wasted. Throughout Construction, our Project Manager and team of Trades focus on every detail to ensure materials are used effectively and no work has to be repeated. During the Selection phase our Designers aim to reuse and repurpose many products, while sourcing the most economical solutions for new products. After completion, our Sales Team along with our local Real Estate Agent partners market the product uniquely but organically, to create buzz and therefore competition for our Property.

Our Projects are always completed on-time and the budget is adhered to with religious fortitude. Profits are consistently 1:1 with the Reno Investment amount.
