Operations

Responsible for Operations, Adam's role is to find the projects, then ensure they're executed efficiently. His experience managing businesses across many different sectors allows Adam to direct the team with ease. Adam's responsibility is to find the projects, set them in motion, and keep them in motion so the Construction team can see them through to completion.

Jennifer Handcock

Jennifer's diverse experience in the design industry brings a thorough understanding of construction, interior space, finishings, and budget considerations. Proficiency with 3D modelling and rendering ensures every project can be illustrated and presented to clients in a way that each individual can visualize. 

Blake Hunder

Construction Manager

In 12 years of experience as a Site Superintendent, Regional Manager, and Team Leader for industry leaders like Crystal Creek Homes, Jayman Masterbuilt, and Rohit, Blake has been directly responsible for the construction of more than 800 new homes, leading projects from stakeout through Warranty work. As our Construction Manager, Blake is responsible for seeing every build out of the ground to completion.
