"Thank you for the amazing service..." "I just wanted to drop a quick note to thank you for the amazing services you provided during my bathroom renovation. It was my first project and I quickly came to the realization that i was not verse on the area of design. I had spent countless weekends going to various showrooms looking for tiles and became overwhelmed with the choices and was indecisive for fear of making the wrong decision. I would take samples home and what looked good in the showroom looked quite different in my home. I had a vision but could not execute it. Julie, when you came to my home and we discussed what I wanted, you drew a plan and immediately the vision was on paper! It was perfect, it included the fact that the bathroom was small and the style of house was a 1950’s bungalow. The suggestion was to have the 10x6 tiles run vertically to give the illusion of a higher ceiling. There was a simple tumble rock accent tile that added some interest and colour. Thank you for making this experience a positive one. I appreciate your talent and how expedient the process was. We met, you selected the tiles you thought would interest me and we were done in less then an hour. In the end, it maximized the space, was in line with the integrity of the house and looks sensational. I still look at it in awe and cannot believe this is my bathroom."
